Change in the recipe is small, but sometimes less is more
With a change like this, you’ll make your whole family happy and everyone will be licking their lips for an hour after the meal. Don’t you believe it? Then try our great recipe for fantastic pork chops. To prepare the chops, prepare:
- pork chops
- two eggs
- a cup of wheat flour
- granulated garlic
- oil for frying
First, prepare the meatballs alongside the pan. Don’t spare the salt, pepper or granulated garlic. Then coat the cutlets in flour so that the flour is all over the surface of the cutlet. Next, crack two eggs into a deep plate and lightly salt and whisk them to combine the yolk and white together. Dip the flour-coated cutlets into the egg and then coat again in the flour. You may know this style of coating from classic schnitzels, where we also use breadcrumbs. But we will omit it from the cutlets this time.
Frying takes a few minutes
Heat enough oil or butter in a frying pan. Fry the chops slowly until the surface is completely golden. After frying, remove the chops to a plate with a paper towel to soak up the excess oil. This gets rid of excess fat, which is definitely not needed for a perfect dish.
Serve these delicious chops with, for example, boiled mashed potatoes enriched with fried onions. Mayonnaise or other tasty dressing can also be added to the dish. We wish you a good taste!
