Ammonia for windows

If you’ve been throwing money away on expensive window cleaners, make a change now and try ammonia. It’s a much cheaper method and not hard to get at regular drugstores. To clean, mix 1 part ammonia and 10 parts water, pour the solution into a spray bottle and use it on the windows, which you then buff dry.

Floor and tile vinegar

Beautiful and clean tiles can be achieved with plain vinegar. Mix ¼ cup with 1 litre of water and mop the floor with it. It will shine clean. Vinegar works just as well on tiles whose grooves quickly become clogged with dirt and spoil the overall impression. Mix it with baking soda and you’ll be amazed at the results!
