You may not know it, but you can also simply freeze such eggs and have them available for later use. When you take it out of the freezer, it tastes almost the same as when you buy it fresh.
We’ll show you the step-by-step process
Crack each egg into ice cube trays. If you use the egg white and yolk separately, separate them already when cracking. Then place the eggs in the freezer and wait about two hours until they are set. You can then remove them from the molds and put them in another larger container. If you can’t get them to stick out, try putting them in hot water for a minute and they will loosen up. You can store them like this for up to a year. Let the eggs come to room temperature and use them in meat, omelettes or desserts.

You can freeze other foods besides eggs
Abs aren’t the only food you can put on ice. We’ll show you a few others that you can freeze so you have a ready supply.
- You can also put eggs in ice cube trays and use them for sauces
