Fighting aging can be fun, modern women just need a slight lifestyle adjustment

Are you worried about aging but don’t have the courage to start making radical changes in your lifestyle? Stick to the simple rule “everything in moderation” and you’re halfway there! After all, a violent lifestyle change can make a big mess. But taking gradual steps that you enjoy and give you courage is something worth trying.

First and foremost, it’s passion for the cause

Start with what you see fit. You don’t have to change your diet and your eating habits at the same time. On the contrary, choose what you would like to change and you won’t find it too difficult. For example, if you like to cook, try to discover new, healthier recipes. The latest research shows that as we age, we will need to take in more protein from plants and less from animals. In the summer, for example, lighter meatless meals will even be appreciated because you won’t feel heavy afterwards. Products to include in your diet instead of meat include:

  • legumes (lentils, beans, chickpeas, peas)
  • nuts and seeds (almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds)
  • vegetable oil (sunflower or olive)
  • oats and milk.

Sport to health don’t take it literally

It’s not exactly healthy to play too much sport. And who says walking can’t be a sport? Anyway, it’s best to discover a few new routes in the area and rotate them. Some people don’t like to walk alone, so try to persuade a partner or find someone else to keep you company on your walk. You’ll find that a walk like this will suddenly be fun and make you feel a few years younger!

How do I force myself though?

Damn it to hell! You really want to, but you can’t, there’s always a lack of incentive. The biggest problem is to make yourself start in the first place. Right behind the first problem is keeping your new resolution. But you have to do that yourself, because that’s where the famous “babo advise” comes in handy! Not doing even that little would be ridiculous even for you. However, be sure to be regular and slowly increase your goal.
