Homemade cucumber and lemon bath
The ideal foot care is a regular bath. All you need is a lavor with water and a few easily available ingredients, which you can usually find in your fridge at home. Try a bath to which you add chopped cucumber and lemon. Soak your feet in it for about 20 minutes. It’s simple and you just need three things:
- warm water,
- cucumber – softens and soothes irritation,
- citron – brightens and softens dry skin.
Simple and effective peeling
After a 20-minute bath, it’s the perfect time for an at-home scrub. In a smaller container, mix sugar and olive oil. It should form a mushy paste. Use your fingers to gently massage it into the skin of your feet, rinse and pat dry. Then it’s time to use the file, which should definitely not be missing from your bathroom.
After you’ve sanded off the dead skin, reach for the cream. Hydration is another pillar of our skin care routine, and feet are no exception. As you can see, it’s not a big deal. You can find all the necessary ingredients in your kitchen and a good quality file is available in every drugstore.

The more regularly you take care of your feet, the better. The skin on your heels won’t get corroded and unpleasant cracks won’t form, which can be painful. Regular care is the way to beautiful and healthy feet. Try our bath and you will be delighted!
