Underrated vitamins from ordinary foods are better for hair than expensive products from beauty salons

A lack of vitamins B, A, D and E can negatively affect the condition of your hair. It is therefore important to set your diet to be varied and to include foods that contain healthy substances. If your hair is weak, breaks easily and is prone to hair loss, let’s finally find a way to do something about it.

B Vitamins

The purpose of these vitamins is to keep the brain and heart functioning normally and to help during metabolic processes that involve the exchange of energy. These vitamins play a key role in the production of red blood cells, which oxygenate the body, including the scalp.  The scalp must be properly nourished in order to have enough strength to produce new hair. Sources of B vitamins include: egg yolks, liver, whole wheat flour, tomatoes, carrots, spinach, walnuts and almonds.

 Vitamin A and D

Vitamin A deficiency can result in hair loss, as it is an indispensable aid to cell growth. This is also true for hair. However, an excess of this vitamin can also cause hair loss, so consult your doctor before supplementing. Dairy products are an excellent source of vitamin A. Vitamin D, which is present in fish oil and fish, in turn supports the immune system, strengthens the body overall and improves hair quality. This vitamin can also be absorbed by spending time in the sun.

Vitamin E

It is a powerful antioxidant and protects the body’s cells from stress that can lead to hair loss and graying. Research shows that sufficient intake of vitamin E can lead to a significant increase in scalp hair growth. Check with your doctor before taking this vitamin, as an excess can also be harmful. Great natural sources of it are sunflower oil, almonds and nuts, sprouts, fish, dairy products.
