We all love, at times, chips, steaks, langos and other fried foods. For your kids, you’ll be the best cooks in the world when you make flavorful pancakes for dinner. The downside of these not-so-healthy dishes is the smell that remains after frying. Some may argue that frying pancakes makes the apartment smell bad, but the smell gets into our hair, clothes, curtains and that’s not where we want it.
Did you know that you most likely have the means to easily get rid of this smell at home?

Vinegar
When frying, put the boiling water and vinegar on a side stove. Do not cover with a lid and allow to bubble gently throughout the frying process. You can use both wine vinegar and apple cider vinegar.
Cloves
Don’t you love the smell of vinegar? Try throwing a few cloves into boiling water. This little spice not only neutralizes odors, but makes the room smell nice. It is particularly effective when frying chips.

Whole cinnamon and vanilla pod
So the smell of cinnamon or vanilla reminds you of Christmas comfort. Why not indulge in this soothing and pleasant aroma on weekdays too and throw cinnamon or vanilla pod into boiling water instead of cloves. Not only will you get rid of unpleasant smells, but your kitchen will smell like Christmas.
Papple slices
Prepare a coreless apple and cut it into slices about 0.5 cm wide.
When frying, place the dried apple slice directly to the dish in the hot oil. After the apple has browned, it is always necessary to replace the slice with a fresh one.

Citron Juice
To eliminate the smell of fried food, you can also wipe the pan with lemon juice. Not only will you get rid of the unpleasant smell, but your dish will get a very fresh flavor. Lemon is particularly suitable for preparing fish specialties.
Parsley
Add fresh parsley directly into the oil with frying food and the smell will disappear.
By following a few simple frying guidelines, you will eliminate unpleasant odors in your kitchen
Do not overheat the oil in the peacock, but try to maintain the optimum temperature of the oil when frying. Keep a window open and try to use a hood. Once you have finished frying, do not leave the oil in the pan, but keep your utensils clean and discard the used oil. If you have a deep fryer with an odour filter, use it.
