Pepper, salt and lemon – you undoubtedly use these three ingredients a lot in your kitchen. Firstly, they are essential helpers in cooking, but they can also be used for many other purposes. Combined or individually, these three ingredients can solve a variety of ailments.
What are their advantages?
As is well known, lemon juice contains vitamin C and is therefore often used as a disease preventative. Salt, in turn, is indispensable for the body, as well as water and oxygen. Your body needs salt (within reason, of course) in order to function at all. Black pepper has also long been used as a traditional remedy. For example, it aids digestion and improves bowel function. It is therefore not surprising that this combination can help fight the following ailments.
1. Sore throat
A sore throat bothers each of us at least once a year. Take it easy with a special cocktail made by mixing 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, half a teaspoon of black pepper and a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water. Gargle this drink several times a day.

2. Gallstones
Bile stones are formations that form either directly in the gallbladder or in the bile ducts. They can not only be very painful, but they can also interfere with your digestion. Therefore, mix 3 parts olive oil with 1 part lemon and 1 part black pepper in a glass. Do not gargle, but drink this mixture. This may move the gallstones and expel them from your body.
3. Gingivitis and aphthae
Many of us know the pain caused by aphthae and gingivitis. And that they can make a person really uncomfortable! But a drink of Himalayan salt does the trick. Drop a tablespoon of salt into a glass of warm water and stir well. Rinse your mouth with it three times a day and the pain will soon disappear.
4. Overweight
Want to lose weight just before Christmas? A miracle potion will help you do it. Mix 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey in a glass of water. Drink this every morning on an empty stomach and see the pounds come off fast!

5. Nausea
A watery stomach can be soothed with a drink of lemon and black pepper. Simply mix a tablespoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of pepper in a large glass of warm water and drink it slowly in small sips. After a while, you won’t even know you’ve been sick.
